Ordenanza de vivienda de interés social, y el desarrollo urbano ordenado en la ciudad de Latacunga

This research called Social Interest Housing Ordinance, and the orderly urban development in the city of Latacunga, revolves around the theme of housing as a local development strategy. Within this problem, a marked housing deficit is identified in the Latacungueño territory that reaches 50% according to MIDUVI data, accompanied by technical improvisations when building, since most of the so-called mediaguas lack basic services, affecting the orderly (sustainable) urban development of the city, aspects that have been addressed by the Latacungueño Municipal Council in isolation in recent years. These reasons have motivated to propose the objective: To determine the relationship between the municipal ordinance for projects of social interest linkage and the orderly urban growth of the city of Latacunga, since there is a need to link these two technical criteria by virtue of providing a better quality of life for citizens. For the development of this research, a mixed approach was considered, mainly developing the bibliographic review and applying a survey to find out what are the main needs of the citizens around the creation of a proposal for a municipal ordinance of social housing, the surveys They were addressed to three focus groups: councilors, departmental heads and citizens of the Latacunga canton. whose criteria were consolidated in a proposal.
