Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | This degree project has the purpose of designing and building a pelletizing machine, which allows the production of balanced feed for cattle in small cylindrical bodies called pellets with a length of 1 cm to 3 cm and a diameter of 0.6 to 0.8 cm. For this reason, the machine will be composed of four systems: feeding system, extrusion system which is made up of rollers that compress the raw material and make it circulate through the matrix which provides the shape of the holes that are distributed over it at 360°, the cutting system is in charge of cutting the pellet of a certain length and diameter and the power system is in charge of transmitting movement to the machine and its components. For its design, the SolidWorks drawing software with a student license was used, which allowed the development of the project at the same time in the aforementioned program, simulations were made of the fundamental parts of the machine, subjecting them to loads and efforts in order to determine if their properties are suitable for the construction of the machine. |
