| Sažetak: | The present research is about the Innovative Entrepreneurship as a factor for the development of a new line of cleaning products in the Surtimax Distribution Company and its marketing in La Maná canton, the project will contain its description, justification, beneficiaries, research context, the activities and the set of tasks that served to solve these objectives, within the types of research of the project is the bibliographic research, formative, descriptive, explanatory and field research, the research methods used are; the deductive, synthetic analytical method that allowed us to draw conclusions from the results of the surveys applied to the company's clients, objective 1; to identify consumer preferences, hygiene and price the main reasons for consumption of said household cleaning product; objective 2; to do a technical study in which the size of the project was determined, which is intended to cover 5% of the unsatisfied demand, in the same way we proceeded to carry out what are the flowcharts of the process of elaboration and commercialization of cleaning products, objective 3; A financial economic study was able to determine a NPV of $ 225,362.53 and an IRR of 90.71%, which indicates that the project is financially viable and profitable, objective 5; marketing mix the price of products was determined with an annual increase of 3.5%, the direct and indirect distribution channels were identified in such a way that it allows us a rapid positioning in the market, the products of the new line will have disinfectants for floors, liquid detergent , liquid soap and chlorine, what is intended with the development and marketing of cleaning products for home is to generate a social and economic impact by offering jobs and improving the quality of life of the employees. |
