Taller de marco legal de los deberes y derechos entre las niñas y niños de primer año de educación básica de la Escuela Elvira Ortega de la parroquia La Matríz del cantón Latacunga de la provincia de Cotopaxi para fortalecer la convivencia social durante el período lectivo 2012-2013

The present report is intended to design a workshopof legal framework of duties and rights between children's first year of elementary of the school Elvira Ortega of Matriz parish Canton Latacunga province of Cotopaxi to strengthen social coexistence during the academic year 2012-2013. This work was done based on the descriptive research, the same allowing to analyze and describe the atmosphere for social development of the child. The importance of this research lies in the need for children to understand their rights as well as also their duties and that they are respected. However, the results of this research show that most of the children do not know their duties and rights on the basis of which the law, since rarely have they been infringed in children in the institution. In school the duties and rights haven’t been socialized in previous children. A plan doesn´t even exist in this regard. What is recommended: to promote in children the importance of compliance and respect the duties and rights to live in harmony. We need to focus on the importance of which the rights of the children be respected in the school on the basis of the legal framework. There is an urgent need that is to socialize the legal framework that addresses the duties and rights of children at the institution. Is necessary to design a plan to socialize the duties and rights of children through workshops.
