要約:This investigation project is about the development of emotional intelligence through artistic expression in initial education with children of "Isidro Ayora-Luis Fernando Ruiz” school in the period 2016-2017. To develop this work a bibliographical-documental and field research was applied to take out the theory-scientific fundaments that support the relationship between artistic activities and the development of emotional intelligence in children. On the other hand, the field research allowed the direct observation of the development of interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence of children from an initial level of education, it was done with a qualitative and quantitative approach that reached an exploratory approach to the research. According to theoretical revision, emotional intelligence is defined as the ability to feel, understand and apply effectively the power and sharpness of the emotions as a source of human energy, information, connection, and influence. Knowing that the emotions represent a fundamental part of people’s life achieving with adaptive functions, social and motivational functions which lead the majority of human behavior….
