Добавить метку | Итог: | The present integrative project consists of the elaboration of a manual of operation, maintenance, and pedagogical application of equipment (digital tip thermometer and cutter) in the Meat Research Laboratory in the Agroindustry career of the Technical University of Cotopaxi. The problem of the project is the insufficiency of equipment and instruments for carrying out practices in all the subjects of the curricular mesh of the Agroindustry career, which directly affects the pedagogical processes of training future professionals in the different areas of knowledge and above all with a reduced bibliography and information regarding the operating manuals of the different equipment and instruments. The exploration was carried out based on descriptive research is a second-level investigation, whose main objective is to collect data and information on the characteristics, properties or aspects of people, agents, and institutions of social processes. It is necessary to start from the discovery of the phenomenon to have a first approximation to understand its characteristics. A matrix was made according to the most relevant practical component curriculum concerning the digital tip thermometer and cutter, in the same way, several aspects of the machinery and equipment were reviewed, such as identifying the parameters and technical requirements; finally, to establish pedagogical applicability according to the contents of the subjects of the curricular mesh of the career and the fundamental thing of carrying out a practical application. The foregoing favoured the formulation of the results, which aim to contribute to teachers and students in the operation, maintenance, and pedagogical applicability of the digital tip thermometer and cutter in the meat research laboratory. |
