Consequently, It is necessary to work based on a Human Resources Management auditing system. The audit of Human resources consists on the analysis of the politicians and practical of the personnel of an organization and evaluation of its current operation, followed by suggestions for its improvement. The main purpose of the audit is to show like the program works, locating practical and conditions that are harmful to the organization or that they are not compensating its cost or even practical and conditions that should be increase. Each productive factor should work in an effective way in the achievement of the objectives that these changes bear; and it is here where you ends up carrying out the treatment of the human resource as human capital, it is to this factor to who should be considered of real importance to increase their capacities and to elevate their aptitudes to the such point in that it is as a factor able to be been worth for if same and to give him the best thing of if to their work, feeling according with what carries out and with like it is recognized. |
