Identificación y evaluación de los factores de riesgo ergonómico y la salud laboral de los trabajadores de la empresa Termas de Papallacta. Diseño de un sistema de prevención.

The following research paper deals with the ergonomic risk factors that affect the occupational health of the workers of the company Termas Papallacta in a theoretical and practical perspective. Termas de Papallacta is located in the province of Napo, to develop a proposal for a prevention system; it began with the jobs description and the number of employees that make up the company, after that, surveys related to ergonomic conditions in the workplace were made to each one of the employees; existing studies and measurements in the company were taken into account and work load handling evaluations were applied by using the NIOSH equation, , Forced labor postures and repetitive movements applying Rula .Workers were also evaluated by visual display terminals (VDT) users ,applying Rula for prior PVD. With the given results a Prevention System proposal was developed, the same that will be carried out by the Management, the Health and Safety department, the Joint Committee, the area leaders of the different departments and all the employees of Termas de Papallacta.
