Riassunto:The development of the market of organic products for national consumption is growing gradually, but its consumption is still low because many people do not know all the benefits that these products generate both for health and the environment; therefore, this has caused the closure of organic stores. The main objective of this research project is to determine the perception that the consumer has of organic products from the city of Latacunga, and to carry out an adequate segmentation through the characteristics, preferences, habits, behaviors and attitudes of the consumer.
