| Sumario: | The present study focuses on developing a web sales management system for the company EcoMejía, which specializes in the sale of recycled products to optimize its commercial processes and improve the administration of its transactions, a system was implemented that allows EcoMejía to manage all sales processes phases effectively. Given the growing demand for technological solutions in the business field, the implementation of a system of this type is presented as a key strategy to maintain competitiveness in the market. The development was held through an agile approach, using the Kimball methodology for efficient project management. Web technologies were used such as the MySQL relational database for data storage, the PHP programming language with AJAX requests, and frontend technologies for responsive web design. Besides, a dashboard of key indicators was developed using Microsoft Power BI. A functional web system was obtained that satisfies the specific needs of the EcoMejía company in terms of sales management. The results are reflected through digitization in data manipulation, and improvement in the accessibility of information, there was also a positive impact on the company's management results, including an increase in sales, and an improvement in the client's satisfaction. The successful implementation of this web-based sales management system provides EcoMejía with a competitive advantage, improving its ability to adapt to market dynamics and increasing the productivity of its commercial teams. This project demonstrates the importance of technology in optimizing business processes and highlights the positive impact that it can have on operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. |
