| Yhteenveto: | The present research will be focused on the study of water heating systems for the restructuring and implementation in a semi-Olympic swimming pool in the city of Riobamba, currently the water heating is carried out by a boiler that consumes diesel and the inadequate supply of fuel generates inefficiency in the pool water heating system, since by not having the necessary fuel the water is not able to remain in the ideal range of 24 to 28 °C and even on several occasions it does not heat up for several days, causing discomfort in the users, the same ones who prefer not to use the facilities. 3 The contribution of this study will allow obtaining a lower cost and greater efficiency in the operation of the pool, thus favoring the Chimborazo Sports Federation that is in charge of it, as well as the users, who are mostly athletes. the same ones that are trained for different national competitions, for these there is support from the FDCH that is in agreement with the investigative development and will provide all the facilities so that data and measurements can be taken, which allow us to know the reality of the operation. of the pool, in order to establish the necessary corrective measures and also in the future, according to the economic results, think about the implementation of a combined, high-efficiency water heating system. According to (Castells, 2012) for environmental reasons it is necessary to promote the use of clean energy, with electric energy being an option that can be used to heat water, thus guaranteeing the optimal water temperature for users that will allow them to enjoy of comfort and benefits in the swimming complex. |
