Gaia:Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) can be defined as a series of actions that a company can take that help to maintain control over the activities that are executed to ensure that they are complying with socially responsible guidelines with their internal and external stakeholders, The objective of this research project is to determine the level of (CSR) in a microenterprise in the city of Latacunga through a survey consisting of 30 binary questions of yes or no to each of the people who make up the institution, the instrument was applied to a total of 15 people who are in different branches of the microenterprise, the instrument was made based on the ETHOS 2021 standards where three dimensions were taken into account that we consider key in the organization these are: corporate governance; suppliers; consumers/customers, to validate this instrument the variables were entered into an SPSS program where the statistical method Cronbach's alpha was applied, which yielded a 0. 975 of reliability, in the same way the Person Correlation was performed where a weighting was obtained for each of the variables where data was obtained from 0 to 1, where 1 is the highest score, to later enter the variables into the MIC MAC program where it was obtained that 25 of the 30 questions are key. In this sense, the determination of the level of CSR was carried out through a descriptive research that allowed us to collect data for subsequent tabulation using the statistical method of non-central position measures "Quartiles" divided into four grades as the obstructive, defensive, adaptive and proactive stance, which showed that the organization is in the second stage of the level of CSR implementation, which is the defensive stance according to the ETHOS-Peru 2021 standards.
