Итог:Macro aquatic invertebrates have been widely used as bioindicators of quality; this is due to their respective characteristics and special requirements that make these organisms very sensitive to the various impacts. Knowing the water quality index presented by the Anteojos Lagoon of the Llanganates National Park, thereby visualizing the benefits of this research for the communities. For the development of the research the methodologies were used to evaluate the quality index as Ephemeroptera, Plecoptera, Trichoptera (EPT), Biological Monitoring Working Party (BMWP), Shannon Biodiversity Index and a comparison was made with the physical chemical analysis and microbiological in order to validate the biological information obtained, in addition to the collection of the species was used the INEN 2 169: 98 Ecuadorian Technical Standard, belonging to the sampling of microbiological agents, the environmental factors influenced in large part mainly in the abundance and presence of species belonging to EPT families. The research identified 813 individuals of aquatic macro invertebrates, grouped in 12 families, among them species of EPT and BMWP families (Hyalellidae, Lymnaeidae, Sphaeriidae and Planariidae), the most representative. On the other hand, in the study of the micro invertebrates were found 6 families of micro algae or diatoms being the least tolerant to the contamination the species Amphipleura pellucida, later the diversity index of Shannon was realized with a score of 2.71 that belongs to the category of moderately contaminated water, and compared to the results of laboratory analyzes. The EPT and BMWP indices revealed that the Anteojos Lagoon exteriorises a type III contamination (moderately contaminated waters), where the physical, chemical and microbiological parameters do not exceed the permissible limits established in the environmental norm on the eligible quality criteria for the preservation of flora and fauna in fresh, cold or warm waters, and in marine and estuarine waters for the quality of water and environment of Book VI, Annex I, TULSMA.
