This researching work is important because it seeks to improve the genetic characteristics of the canine population for a better output according to the demands of our country. This process began with the collection of oocytes and placed in holding for cleaning. Furthermore, they were assessed before a stereoscope quality oocytes mature stage 1 will be packaged directly for cryopreservation, while those who are in immature stage would be transferred to a cryoprotectant; for maturation and subsequent cryopreservation process with a slow curve.... |
