| Yhteenveto: | To obtain the Master degree in Safety and Occupational Risk Prevention at “Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi” a project on research and development is developed. This exploratory research was aimed at a qualitative risk assessment work; to investigate what are the risks that affect the health of human talent at "GAD provincial de Cotopaxi”. With the use of “IT “Innovative Technologies; to develop the risk matrix according to the current legal framework in the country. In the development and research, a worker interaction was observed with the risk factors in the activities of the processes evaluated. Risk factors that cause damage to the psychological, psychosocial and physical health of human talent with direct impact on performance were identified. The method of troubleshooting and the technic know-how was applied, Radical Continuous Improvement LEAN SIX SIGMA KHMCR BI; to qualify the risks of working in real time, over a specific time period. To avoid deviations in the various reports and to reduce waste in implementing improvement actions, preventive and corrective intervention during the technical work hazards. All jobs carefully analyzed in the processes of “GAD Provincial Cotopaxi” on periods of time, have variable risks to the safety and health of human talent and performance. Many of them have similar effects and toxicity, but with changeable rigorousness. While others are specific and unique to each work activity; that directly and indirectly affect the safety and health of human talent and population; as well as the performance of processes and human talent. After the Smart qualification about the risky work procedure described; psychosocial, psychological, biological and physical risks were identified, the same that generates indicators with high levels of severity; In addition an strategic potential risk; those that aggravates the balance in health and safety as well as work performance. It is recommended to implement in the value sequence, continuing automation in the qualification of workplace hazards, due to the high index of variability detected in organization processes of it; with human professional talent profile and competitive skills, using mathematical foundations in its performance, intelligent tools from the Internet “ Processes Intelligence BI KHMER GRUSAM” to sustain over the time the culture of safety and health at work, with full control of variability in time. In the short term we recommend and effective design, implementation and monitoring of organizational strategies, safety system and health at work; to help reorganize the distribution and cyclic rotation of human talent in the various activities of processes with low risks index of occupational safety and health. |
