Develop a feasibility study for the creation of a limited liability company for transport vans through compliance with current regulations, which benefits development of the Maca Grande community, Poaló Parish, Latacunga Canton, Cotopaxi Province.The research was sustained on the quantitative and qualitative modality supported by the studies methodology of the necessity for commercial transport issued by the National Transit Agency to determine the supply, demand and financial technical study. Among the most relevant results, it can be mentioned that the unsatisfied demand of passenger transport is at 90.63% and cargo is at 78.13%. The limited liability TRANSRUTASMACAS S.A.
