The results obtained indicate in the financial study the feasibility of the business through the main evaluation indicators such as the internal rate of return that is 76% while the net present value amounted to $ 120,858.13. |

The results obtained indicate in the financial study the feasibility of the business through the main evaluation indicators such as the internal rate of return that is 76% while the net present value amounted to $ 120,858.13.El presente trabajo titulado: Plan de negocios para la creación de un centro de acopio de leche, parroquia Aláquez, provincia de Cotopaxi, tuvo por objetivos: Identificar las condiciones requeridas para la creación de un centro de acopio de leche, Caracterizar la oferta y la demanda de leche en la Provincia, Realizar el estudio técnico, organizacional y financiero de la creación del centro de acopio de leche, parroquia de Aláquez, provincia de Cotopaxi, la metodología utilizada se sustentó en una investigación de tipo descriptiva ya que detalla las características de una población, con el propósito de conocer hábitos y actitudes a través de una recolección de datos que serán analizados minuciosamente con el fin de obtener resultados significativos que contribuyan al conocimiento a través de la aplicación de encuestas para adquirir la información más relevante de los clientes potenciales.
