Summary:The presented study proposes to improve oral language with virtual playful strategies that stimulate the development of language in children of Initial Education, of the Hualcopo Duchicela School of Basic Education, to fulfill the purpose, the descriptive quantitative approach designed to provide information was applied. systematic analysis of the investigated phenomenon, which facilitated the analysis of the measurements obtained using statistical methods; the qualitative approach allowed us to assume a subjective, dynamic reality composed of the multiplicity of contexts by allowing a deep and reflexive analysis of the subjective and intersubjective meanings that are part of the realities studied and thus, draw the conclusions, the research design it was structured, predetermined (prior to data collection), open, and flexible, built during the fieldwork that included the participants; It is worth mentioning that the bibliographic search of contents was carried out in different repositories, which contributed to the externalization of their own criteria from the conceptual aspect, in this same context, the exploratory level allowed defining their concepts, and prioritizing the points of view of the teachers interviewed. , while the descriptive level allowed the creation of questions and data analysis to be carried out on the subject, being the observational research method, the population included 3 teachers and 30 students of initial education; therefore, the total population is equivalent to 33 people under study with a percentage equivalent to 100%; on the other hand, after the application of data collection instruments such as observation sheets, and interviews, it is determined that there is a need to strengthen the language; For this reason, a structured proposal was proposed through technological resources that encompasses the skills proposed in the initial education curriculum.
