添加標簽 | 總結: | The objective of this research work is to increase the productivity of the company TECNIBISAGRAS in order to have greater production and sales. The company dedicated to the metalworking industry in which it manufactures and markets hinges. The workshop in recent years has been presenting problems in order fulfillment, fulfilling 69% of its orders on time. The problems that affect this company are production planning, quantity of stock to cover demand and poor planning of materials. This point will be verified within the work. To solve the described problem, production records were taken in a short period, with which it was proposed to design a master production plan in the hinges and bearings workshop in order to improve planning. The scenario in which the company is located allows the development of a production planning system, for which a time study was first carried out, verifying the current standard production unit, therefore the demand for the orders of the second period was forecast. from 2022, in order to develop each forecast model for each production order; then an aggregate plan where the leveling method was used, which allowed the estimated demand to be met, then a master plan was applied that gave us the quantities to be manufactured to cover the variable demand of the market and finally the productivity was verified with the comparison of the initial production standard unit with the proposal through the production master plan. |
