The problems that affect this company are production planning, quantity of stock to cover demand and poor planning of materials. This point will be verified within the work. To solve the described problem, production records were taken in a short period, with which it was proposed to design a master production plan in the hinges and bearings workshop in order to improve planning. The scenario in which the company is located allows the development of a production planning system, for which a time study was first carried out, verifying the current standard production unit, therefore the demand for the orders of the second period was forecast. from 2022, in order to develop each forecast model for each production order; then an aggregate plan where the leveling method was used, which allowed the estimated demand to be met, then a master plan was applied that gave us the quantities to be manufactured to cover the variable demand of the market and finally the productivity was verified with the comparison of the initial production standard unit with the proposal through the production master plan. |

La empresa dedicada al rubro metalmecánica en la cual fabrica y comercializa bisagras. El taller en los últimos años viene presentando problemas en el cumplimiento de pedidos, cumpliendo con el 69% de sus pedidos a tiempo. Los problemas que afectan a esta empresa es la planificación de producción, cantidad de stock para cubrir la demanda y mal planeamiento de los materiales. Este punto se va ir verificando dentro del trabajo. Para solucionar el problema descrito, se tomó registros de producción en un periodo corto con lo cual se propuso diseñar un plan maestro de producción en el taller de bisagras y rodamientos a fin de mejorar la planificación.
