Zusammenfassung:The objective of this research project was to determine the relationship between distribution agents and the brand value of the GPF Corporation in Quito, specifically in its distribution line known as retail operation. This need arose due to internal questions about the perception of the brand and the intention to maintain a high valuation against its direct competitors, which are the various distributors in Quito. Therefore, the impact of the brand's perception and its logistics plan was meticulously evaluated. For the development of this project, a quantitative research approach with a correlational level was implemented, based on a non-experimental design and a descriptive method. The results obtained demonstrated a positive and very satisfactory relationship between the distribution agents and the value of the brand. The impact generated by the development of the project was both economic and social. In particular, a reduction in the delivery times of medicines to the corporation's direct customers in an efficient manner was achieved. Although the corporation has a high brand value, it is not completely satisfactory. However, with good management of its distribution channel, the corporation can generate exceptional and very satisfactory brand value for its customers. This, in turn, will generate higher profits and position the corporation as the best distributor in the Quito market.
