সংক্ষিপ্ত:In Ecuador, the National Council for the Equality of Disabilities registers 2,757 students with visual disabilities between early education, primary school, and high school, there are Special Education Institutions but they do not have the adequate materials and ways to provide a quality instruction when it is known that a child acquires knowledge by sight and hearing. At Julius Doethner Institute of Special Education there is a lack of a didactic prototype for the recognition of parts of the human body through the use of sensors and a microcontroller for blind children from 4 to 6 years of age, for this reason the technological proposal for the implementation of a didactic prototype which is aimed at children with visual disabilities to use, where interaction with technology is sought and thus integrate technical sciences in special education. The prototype consists of a human mannequin, which integrates a piezoelectric and infrared type sensors system, the results are found in the internal and external parts of the manikin respectively and are activated by having contact with the child´s hand, then pass through a control stage where the analog and digital signals are analyzed by executing the conditions configured for each of the sensors in the software, later a speaking voice is activated to inform the part or organ of the manikin that is palpating at that moment. The device has an on and off selector, a language selector for Spanish and English and a reset button to restart the system if there is a problem at the time it is operating. At the end of the technological proposal, the fulfillment of the proposed objective was determined, which corresponds to the functioning of the prototype with adequate control of its variables, both in design and implementation; In addition, the prototype was validated with a student with visual impairment from the Julius Doethner Institute of Special Education, thus verifying with the factorial methodology used, it demonstrates the correct functioning of the device.
