| Summary: | This research project, entitled teaching training during the professional service at Latacunga Canton, is one of the problems facing the education sector today, it is addressed as one of the main challenges that teachers must solve to improve their educational work, which is added to the training programs problem for new and in-service teachers which do not respond to the needs that the sector demands. Teacher training was an important theme since it is a fundamental and decisive element in the student's performance into classrooms to obtain a high-quality teaching; for this, the teacher must develop knowledge, skills, attitudes and values to improve students' potential as an individual and as active members of society. The following research methods were used: synthesis, hypothetical-deductive, scientific, descriptive, deductive for data collection, the technique of survey was used with its instrument the questionnaire, which were applied to the authorities and teachers of the Educative Institutions from Latacunga Canton; the answers obtained by the professionals mentioned above, gave the researchers to understand that it is necessary to be in continuous training according to their specialty, which must be significant in order to put them into practice in their work.
