Where its variables are: dependent variable: instutional development, independent variable: academic management, for the research they have used different methods such as analytical , historical, dialectic, statistical and descriptive in the same way empiricalmetods, by applying them achieveget results that will help to the researcher to find a sowtion that will contribute tl the development of the educational institution in a practical way concluding that strategic planning is a tool that regulates the internal and external processes to improve teaching learning process and educational quality. |
