Streszczenie:This project has focused on the concern of people for beauty as it continues taking an important place in society, which demands every day, an image according with their perspectives from both, work and personal point of view. Now, the trend looks for an adequate physical well-being, complemented by an excellent emotional well-being. In the beauty field there have been surged many businesses that cover the entire range of products and services, however, in Latacunga city the beauty centers don´t have the expectations and the growing demand of the population in relation to the services that they are offered. That is the reason we have considered the feasibility of creating a business plan for the creation of a mobile hairdresser at home for women in Latacunga city, in Cotopaxi province, with a wide range of services, various options, facilities and a high level of professionalism. When carrying out the financial plan it is determined that the project is profitable with a Net Present Value (NPV) of USD 44.190,44 cents and with a Return Rate (RR) of 36.64%, the cost benefit relation is 1.58 for investors, each dollar that is invested will be obtained as a profit of USD 0.58 cents.
