Sumari: | The present work entitled "Process of Labor Performance Evaluation in Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Andina LTDA", had as objective to design the process for the evaluation of labor performance for the Cooperative, the process of the evaluation of labor performance in a Cooperative is essential to optimize the performance of the employees, to promote organizational growth and to promote a motivating and collaborative work environment where a methodology that is framed in a qualitative and descriptive approach was adopted in order to solve the problem of the Cooperative since it was adopted, The process of job performance evaluation in a Cooperative is essential to optimize employee performance, promote organizational growth and foster a motivating and collaborative work environment where a methodology framed in a qualitative and descriptive approach was adopted in order to solve the Cooperative's problems since it did not have an adequate process for job performance evaluation, therefore this methodological choice allowed analyzing data objectively, which in turn made possible a detailed analysis of the different dimensions involved in job performance evaluation. This tool was subjected to a pilot test using a 180° evaluation in which 19 employees belonging to the Cooperative participated. The results obtained from this test phase showed an acceptable reliability with a range of 0.831 according to Cronbach's alpha. Based on these results, it was possible to develop the job performance evaluation process adapted to the needs and particularities of the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Andina LTDA, which consists of seven phases such as planning where the formation of groups of the committee is established, sensitization to socialize the objective of the evaluation, execution to determine dates for the evaluation, analysis of results, review and reporting, feedback where the results are obtained, improvement plans where development opportunities for employees are identified and completion as the last phase in the process. |
