| Summary: | The role of the Savings and Credit Cooperatives in the La Maná canton is fundamental because without it an adequate financial activity could not be developed, the problem of this investigative work was based on the purpose of analyzing how the hiring and see if their methods are effective when hiring new personnel, there have been cases in which most of the time, due to the lack of a correct method during the selection and hiring of personnel, it does not allow financial entities to emerge and develop from the best way its goals, the present investigation had as general objective to analyze the personnel integration subsystem and the labor performance in the savings and credit cooperatives of the La Maná canton, in order to fulfill this objective, bibliographical research and field, among the methods that were applied were used in the theoretical framework: historical logical, deductive, analytical and the empirical method: valid tion by experts, in addition, descriptive and correlational research was used in which 100 employees of the different Savings and Credit Cooperatives that exist in the La Mana canton were taken as the basis of the population universe, to which the survey was applied whose instrument it was the same questionnaire that came to be validated by professional teachers knowledgeable about the subject. What was found during the application of the instrument was that the study population is made up of 100 people, to establish the sampling, a 5% error and a confidence level of 95% were considered, where the reliability of this was 0.941 being the majority of the answers obtained as positive results regarding how the companies handle the personnel hiring system. It was concluded that the personnel integration subsystem and the work performance applied by the cooperatives of the La Maná canton when integrating a new personnel are adequate and meet the standards sought by the employees, which have yielded positive results. |
