This research aims to know the incidence of overdue loans in the institution's equity, which is aimed at strengthening and regulating policies with sound management practices for collecting and supervising the credit risk of the existing portfolio, the quantitative methodology as support for data collection and analysis was used once identified the problem, the survey to the Department Head of Credit and Collection and interview with the General Manager and Head of the Accounting Department were the techniques used with respect to the overdue portfolio of the cooperative which has caused it to run an extremely high credit risk, jeopardizing its activities continuity, since in the first half of 2016 through the financial analysis a high delinquency rate could be determined, as a result of payments made by partners. |
