| Ամփոփում: | This research "Morphological Characterisation of fungus pathogens in growing tree tomato (Solanum betaceum) Patain sector - Cotopaxi. 2014" has on objective to characterise morphological the fungus that causes the greatest impact on production in tree tomato (Solanum betaceum) growing in the field of Pataín Region in the Cotopaxi province. This research was performed by laboratory isolation techniques and subsequent the observation of the fungus in the Trinocular Microscope CX31, to differentiate parts and then ratify the existing literature. Among the fundamental aspects of this researching are; The determination of the phytopathogenic fungus greater impact on the production of tree tomato that turned out to be Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, which was determined whit a literature review and discussional way, thus managing to identify the signs and symptoms of the fungus in the field, the technique used was direct observation compared with mention source, allowing us to make this characterization of macro and micro structures as cut down, mycelium, conidiógeno and acervulosporas, obtaining digital pictures, these ones was used like special keys where the presence of causal agent is Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, it might be described its life cycle under controlled conditions making the sowing and isolation of the pathogen in Petri dishes in a growth medium potato - dextrose - agar, with the last five days at a temperature of 22 ° C in an incubation chamber. |
