After obtaining the extracts, a Petri dish with a sponge for feeding the fly was placed in each fish tank. 25 cc of bioinsecticide was placed in each sponge. Data collection was performed every 4 hours, resulting in a better daily fly count. |

Data collection was performed every 4 hours, resulting in a better daily fly count.La presente investigación se realizó en el Cantón Latacunga, en el sector San Felipe, fue realizado en el hogar por la crisis del Covid-19 con el objetivo de Evaluar bioinsecticidas con especies vegetales del sector Salache. En este proyecto se aplicó un Diseño completamente al azar (DCA), con tres tratamientos y sin repeticiones para hacer más sencillo el procedimiento, se ha realizado el ciclo de la vida de Anastrepha con la finalidad de obtener mosca adulta para aplicar los bioinsecticidas, Anastrepha fue separada en el estado de pupa donde se obtuvieron un total del 100 pupas, las cuales fueron separadas en cada unidad experimental con un total de 25 pupas en cada tratamiento, ya en la etapa de adulto se realizó los extractos de cicuta, estramonio y falso tabaco, que fueron mezclados con melaza realizando los bioinsecticidas con una dosis del 25%. Luego de obtener los extractos se colocó en cada pecera una caja Petri con una esponja para la alimentación de la mosca, en cada esponja fue colocada 25 cc de bioinsecticida.
