Zusammenfassung:This project was carried out with the purpose of obtaining information on how the restaurant is in doing in terms of sales and to propose a strategic marketing plan to improve its commerce. Nowadays it is of vital importance that companies have a strategic marketing plan to improve the level of sales through a key tool to achieve the goals of any type of business or organization. That is why this project is carried out in order to contribute to the organizational development of the company under study. The theoretical information helped to obtain the objectives set out in the research work. The research methodology applied, was the scientific and deductive methods, which facilitated the work and in turn the type of research was bibliographic documentary and field, which allowed taking data in the same place where the research was conducted, through observation and market research. The following methods and techniques were used, in order to fulfill the proposed objectives: the deductive, inductive, analytical, statistical method. Within the techniques, the bibliographical compilation was applied to obtain the necessary information on strategic planning, and direct observation through field visits to the restaurant Hornados y Fritada “Adelita”
