Резюме:The present study had as purpose dretrofits a methodological guide for developing the features of pre-writing of the children of 5 to 6 years of school "Simón Bolívar" during the period 2013-2014, in the province of Cotopaxi Latacunga canton. The problem that guided this research work was to identify a viable strategy for the development of the first traits of the pre - of the children of 5 to 6 years of the school mentioned. This research is descriptive account that offers the physiognomic characteristics of the object of study, its morphology, the design since non-experimental type which was performed without deliberately manipulating variables was used. The population which was directed this study was formed by 3 teachers, a director, 15 children and 15 parents. Results that this research show that l you children are not motivated on pre-writing, situation which leads to problems in the time of traits of pre-writing, children do not understand how to make features, nottake traits similar to the letters, so it is recommended to use guide methodology that is proposed in this study effects that teaching staff are trained and auto - educate in order to contribute significantly to the fine motor development of children; and thus prevent future be labelled them as loose or are objects of derision from peers.
