| Sammanfattning: | The present technological proposal will be carried out with the purpose of helping to better manage the information of the Corporation, as evidenced, there are currently many inconveniences in the area of technical service, in accounting when finding the payment records of the clients, because their information system that they manage as a result of the pandemic with the client, is managed through WhatsApp, which is not useful for managing a large company, because when too many messages are entered, the application collapses, causing so that the technicians cannot come to solve the client's problems. The development of the mobile application will not only benefit the company and all its staff, but also the client, since their problems and service contracts will be dealt with in an appropriate and immediate manner, since the application will be focused on obtaining detailed information. of the client, in this way even the personnel of the accounting area will be helped to carry out the ideal management of the payment records sent by the client. Given the obvious problems within the Corporation, the research group has proposed to the General Manager the development of a mobile application for administrative management in the area of the technical support department and the accounting department of the Corporation, thus hoping to remedy the current problems with the clientele and the economic part of it.
