Тойм:The mechanical design is the ability to perfect any machine in order to make it fulfill a specific purpose. In general, a machine consists in a combination of several mechanical elements properly designed for the purpose of playing certain functions or requirements. The function of the dynamic balancer is to put up with and amplify the rotor oscillatory movements of the turbochargers up to 30 kg, through the support of white bearings, where the rotor of the unbalanced tube is printed speed through band transmission. The design was made principally under the technical specifications that the sponsoring company of the project asked for, so that it satisfies the operation requirements, technical quality and the practical utility in the field of the dynamic rolling, taking into account mainly the basic theories of the material resistance, the design applications of the machine elements and of the analysis of mechanical vibrations, as well as it was done the manufacturing drawings of the machine through the use of the CAD-CAE software. Besides, it establishes a maintenance program, which allows the conservation and an optimal performance of the dynamic balancing machine that has been developed. Finally, the obtained results have been analyzed and it concludes about the practical application of the used and compared methods.
