总结: | The current research project was performed on the bank terrace No. 8 organic production and on lot No 5 conventional production located in the Salache Campus, Latacunga Canton, Cotopaxi province, the research is based on the soil samples collection and rice traps distribution with different molasses amounts, in a three weeks' time interval with the aim at identifying the fungal and bacterial amount present in the soil. The research project methodology was qualitative and quantitative, because that it was identified the fungal and bacterial population in the Microbiology Laboratory of CAREN Faculty from Cotopaxi Technical University, it was determined the microbiological population, through culture media, such as: PDA (Potato Dextrose Agar) for the fungi multiplication and PCA (Plate Count Agar), for the bacteria multiplication. Where it was performed the soil CFU gr-3 count for mentioned each group, and at the same time, it was estableshed the soil Physical-Chemical analysis analyzed in the Soils, Plants and Waters (INIAP) Department Furthermore, it was proposed a completely randomized design (DCA) with a A*B factorial arrangement with 2 repetitions and 4 treatments, resulting into 64 experimental units. It was assessed the fungal and bacterial population in the two production systems, where it was determined, what the got best result in the organic production system with a molasses rice substrate + 6ml with an 20.50 CFU amount into fungal population, and 21.91 CFU in the bacteria population, regarding, to the conventional production system, it was got better results with the molasses rice substrate + 4ml, in a 16.82 CFU amount in the fungal population and 18 95 CFU in the population bacterial, it could be identified in the substrate samples, the following fungi: Trichoderma spp, Beauveria spp, Rhizopus spp, Metarhizium spp, and gram positive and gram negative bacteria. |
