In the process of preparing this job researched it used different types investigation of work researched, which are: documentary, descriptive and explanatory research field, then applied different investigative methods were applied: inductive and, deductive method finally techniques research among which are: interview, observation, scientific reading, leading to make this project a suitable form based on the practice of determining the percentage of fat in milk proper and operation of the centrifuge is demonstrated. |
