However, in the last eruption of Cotopaxi volcano occurred on June 26, 1877, I remain buried between lahar mud and rocks, just being in sight dome that was part of their infrastructure. The objective of this project is to perform 3D reconstruction and implementation of a Virtual Walk through the use and implementation of technology programs of high quality, so make known to the general public the Textile and part of his comings and goings, so to tour the site in real time, because since their destruction is part cultural heritage. This research work was performed by: Country and descriptive techniques used were surveys and interviews through a questionnaire, and through the statistical method interpreting the results. Allowing develop the Virtual Tour of the archaeological ruins of the San Gabriel textile, revaluing the Cultural heritage of the city. |

Allowing develop the Virtual Tour of the archaeological ruins of the San Gabriel textile, revaluing the Cultural heritage of the city.La textilera San Gabriel, una de las fabricas representativas del siglo XVIII en el campo del obraje en el Ecuador, está ubicado a la entrada norte del Cantón Latacunga, ha formado parte de la vida cotidiana de los ecuatorianos, aun mas, en las poblaciones serranas, donde la producción textil tuvo mucha fama. Sin embargo, en la última erupción de volcán Cotopaxi sucedido el 26 de junio de 1877, quedo sepultada entre lahares de lodo y rocas, simplemente quedando a la vista la cúpula que formaba parte de su infraestructura. El objetivo de este proyecto es realizar la reconstrucción en 3D y la aplicación de un Paseo Virtual, mediante el uso y aplicación de programas tecnológicos de óptima calidad, de esta manera dar a conocer a la ciudadanía en general la Textilera y parte de su trajinar, así poder recorrer el sitio en tiempo real, pues desde su destrucción forma parte como patrimonio cultural. Este trabajo se realizó mediante investigación: de Campo y Descriptiva, las técnicas utilizadas fueron las encuestas y la entrevista mediante la aplicación de un cuestionario, y por medio del método estadístico interpretar los resultados obtenidos.
