Therefore, this research aims to conduct a feasibility study for the creation of a tourist center in La Victoria Parish, after the work was completed, a clearer picture was obtained of the demand, desires, and needs. The research has a quantitative approach through which relevant information could be collected for the analysis of the study, these data were collected through surveys that were conducted with a sample of 382 people in the area where the venture is proposed, after which the Excel spreadsheet was used to interpret the results. The research has a financial study that allowed to evaluation the proposal’s feasibility through the different indicators. As a result, the following is obtained; the venture needs an initial investment of 5901.94 from this total the amount of 5200 dollars will be financed through a savings and credit cooperative at 17.33% annual interest, the NPV yields as a result a positive number of 10.998,49 giving way to the viability of the proposal, the Internal Rate of Return is 108 %, surpassing the WACC that obtained a result of 16%, on the other hand; it is estimated a recovery time of the investment in a period of 11 months with 13 days. With these findings, it is evident that the project is feasible and can enter into the readjustment stage of the establishment. |
