Diseño e implementación de un sistema de gestión de mantenimiento apoyado por ordenador en el departamento de mantenimiento y operación del Gad Municipal del cantón Pujilí.

The current technological proposal includes a design of an alternative control plan of the maintenance management system of the heavy machinery and vehicles owned by the MUNICIPAL GAD OF PUJILI PARISH, which must be able to control that the preventive maintenance is completed in timely manner. The project starts with the analysis of the management system and the current maintenance plan planned by the supervisor, general inventory update of the vehicle fleet, mobilization order register to generate the preventive maintenance works to be carried out. The maintenance management system was implemented through a program designed in Microsoft Access Tool, whose programming controls the periodicity of the maintenance to be carried out and that these are duly registered in its database digitally for future consultations and internal audits. Fulfilling with the function of automating and controlling the maintenance planning carried out by the department optimizing resources and guaranteeing the functionality and availability of the vehicle fleet. After implementing the program, training to the supervisor on its use and checking the functionality of the program, the supervisor of the DEPARTMENT OF THE MUNICIPAL GAD OF PUJILI PARISH validated the project carried out satisfactorily by means of an acceptance letter.
