Označite | Izvleček: | It is guided to figure out the precariousness factors that have been taken in a job in all different feature’s types of a work; determining the risks and diseases in it that has multiple incidents frequently with workers was the objective, finalizing with the analysis about the collected information by the studies taken in Ecuador, also in selecting investigations made by other authors’ purpose in order to support the objective. So that, the bibliographic methods to do the project effectiveness was necessary. The research importance is focused on demonstrating how a person health is affected by the bad working conditions that are exposed to the workers in Ecuador, for future researches will be done and it will be taken an action and be able to have safeguards to prevent and secure the workers’ health. Obtained like results of the bad work conditions in Ecuador and demonstrating that in the last years the good work conditions have reduced and the bad work conditions have been raised. Being this, it has caused a major risk in mechanical and ergonomic due to the lack of instructions, lack of preventive measures and of protective equipment resulting by bad job conditions affecting their health in their jobs. |
