The methodology that was used in this descriptive design, which subsequently gave us the opportunity to carry out the investigative work in the risk assessment in each of the jobs in the construction of works that the company carries out, several non-compliances were evident according to to the current law, which is why the respective diagnosis was carried out in general for each area in conjunction with both administrative and operational workers, the workers do not know the existing risks in the construction area to which they are exposed in the company. . The builder, the head of occupational safety and health, with the activities he has been carrying out, has not been able to cover the technical-legal requirements in terms of risk prevention, communication and information to personnel is deficient, nor do they maintain adequate training in the branch. The present study proposes a non-experimental investigation that adopts a field modality, applying observation and documentary review that was used to evaluate the risks and dangers in the company, and with the results obtained, the requirements and demands of each of them are identified. they. The advancement and entry of new technologies allow us to optimize performance, as well as reduce operating costs, improving quality, efficiency and productivity at Seprytsa SA. In conclusion, the development of a risk prevention manual in the construction of civil works is completed. |
