Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | Incentives are considered as a stimulation instrument oriented to carry out a work either of a collective, political, institutional or individual nature, which facilitates a qualitative change within an institution that is immersed in scientific production. Such is the importance that the researchers of the platform of the Network of Scientometric Studies of the Technical University of Cotopaxi, do not have the automatic identification of incentives according to their scientific production, causing demotivation and little recognition as a research professor, for this reason the main objective of this technological proposal is to develop an algorithm of fuzzy logic, for the identification of incentives and recommendations from the scientific production of the researchers of the Technical University of Cotopaxi. For the software requirements analysis stage, the SCRUM methodology was used, which allows to speed up the software development process for the construction of the system. This methodology is based on the stages of analysis, design, codification and testing of the software. The result of the process of developing the algorithm through fuzzy logic for the identification of incentives, 4 quality indicators of the platform "EquCiencia" were identified: Scientific Evaluation, Affiliation to the UTC, Scientific Collaboration and Publications by periods, in order to obtain a quantitative result for each researcher. It is concluded that, given the need of the researchers of the Scientometric Studies Network platform, the implementation of this developed algorithm will allow the automatic identification of the incentives through a scale. |
