Etiketle | Özet: | This research project seeks to improve the cylinder head grinding process of the Cotopaxi Grinding Company, analyzing production times considering the layout of the plant, working conditions and personnel characteristics, improving their productivity and efficiency. Initially, the distribution of the plant is analyzed in which the path of the cylinder head grinding process is identified, locating each of the activities, as well as the initial time spent of 114min and the total distance traveled of 41m, from this. The indicators (Efficiency and Productivity) are established to measure execution times of work orders, speed of travel, units produced and the efficiency of a working day.
