Adicionar Tag | Resumo: | At present research Taxo Structural Characterization, Histological and Spectral (Passiflora tarminiana), study was conducted on, Cotopaxi Province, of Pujili Canton, to generate, systematizing and standardizing graphic spectral information on digital media of Taxo macro and micro structures for academic research applications. The research work was performed by high resolution images captured by high-tech equipment where Taxo parts were identified there it will be accompanied with theoretical information on a didactic way, at an interactive site easy to use and manage by the user. there three main aspects of Structural characterization, this research were presented; using a SIGMA of 46 Megapixels camera with 3 RGB sensors and a 250mm zoom lens, the structural images showed the basic Taxo plant features (root, stem, leaf, flower, fruit and seed). |
