Technical survey, where the facilities location and operation of new tourism product, detailing the company size and its services and activities, which were determined, also developed flowcharts to lend services well, noticed also all requirements needs. Equally simple matrix Larry Canter was used, to do the environmental impact study obtaining a reasonable result. Besides the legal framework was done, where the organizational and operational company structure and the human talent number necessary, as well as the rules and laws that must be followed to the constitution was determined.... |

El estudio se desarrolló, mediante el trabajo de campo e información recopilada de fuente primaria y secundaria. Se elaboró el estudio de mercado para conocer el porcentaje de aceptación de los turistas, que quieran visitar la Granja con fines de recreación, aprendizaje y descanso, pudiendo determinar sus perfiles y necesidades que como turistas o estudiantes deseen satisfacer, obteniendo como resultado el número de turistas reales, luego de desarrollar la demanda, oferta y demanda insatisfecha, para lo cual se ve la necesidad de integrar la planta turística, como también el logo tipo de la empresa, eslogan y su respectivo presupuesto para la difusión y promoción. También, se desarrolló el estudio técnico, donde se determinó la localización y sus facilidades para la operatividad del nuevo producto turístico, detallando así, el tamaño de la empresa con sus servicios y actividades, para lo cual se realizó, los diagramas de flujo, para la prestación de servicios, como también, se fijó todos los requerimientos necesarios.
