The deductive-inductive method was used; The techniques used were questionnaires, surveys and in-depth interviews. It was found that working children developed adult attitudes, since their rights as minors were violated; They could not play or study because of work. The academic level was lower than that of his colleagues who did not work. The MIES and the Board of Protection of Cotopaxi Priority Group, through strategies based on agreements, seek to eradicate the work of minors. |

Esta investigación tiene carácter descriptivo, pues busca especificar en qué situaciones, características y contextos sociales se desenvuelven los niños y niñas trabajadores de las bloqueras; están involucradas 10 familias pertenecientes a la zona, docentes de la Unidad Educativa Ana Páez, empleados/dueños de las bloqueras y técnicos del Ministerio Inclusión Económica y Social (MIES). Se utilizó el método deductivo- inductivo; las técnicas utilizadas fueron cuestionarios, encuestas y entrevistas a profundidad. Se encontró que los niños trabajadores desarrollaron actitudes de adulto, ya que sus derechos como menores de edad eran vulnerados; no podían jugar ni estudiar, debido al trabajo. El nivel académico era menor al de sus compañeros que no trabajan.
