| Резюме: | Currently, most of the industrial processes are developed in direct connections, causing excess wiring, complicating installation tasks, maintenance and the current state of a system in case of errors or disconnections of cabling, so this project focuses on a master/slave Modbus network development for data transmission and speed parameters reception, position and torque of an industrial servo motor. Next, the research compilation of on automation and industrial networks, communication topologies, Modbus protocols, communication standards, automation equipment and human-machine interface are carried out, this compilation allows to advance in the evaluation, equipment selection and data transmission mode where then, a physical communication network based on the RS- 485 half- duplex topology is established. which employs twisted conductor pairs to ensure efficient and reliable data transmission. In this network, the programmable automaton acts as a master, sending control commands to slave devices such as the human-machine display and the servo driver. This configuration allows a better servo motor parameters control, including speed in (revolutions per minute), position (degrees) and torque (percentage), finally in the speed control in revolutions per minute the error of 1.57% is identified among the desired data to be controlled with the data a standard instrument. |
