总结:This project is based on the need to take advantage of the existing touristic resources at the small hotel “SAN CLEMENTE” to improve its positioning and have an increase in the touristic activity through the promotion of its services, commercial image improvement, and the planning of strategic objectives which support the increase in sales so as to make the company become more touristic at province level. A situational diagnosis was conducted through the development of PESTEC, MEI, EMP, FODA, MEFI, MEFE, which allowed to recognize both internal and external factors that have influence on the performance of the company. Each factor has been estimated in accordance with conditions that the small hotel is getting through at the present time. In such way, the strategic forms that promote the improvement in services, infrastructure adaption, use of green spaces were established. Besides, there was a bunch of clear and concrete strategies for the improvement of the company thanks to the development of the chain of forms. As a final result, strategic objectives were set through the integral master chart which will be launched in a short-term activity that will last 6 months for the accomplishment of stated goals. Progressive monitoring will be given in the execution of every goal along with different perspectives which consist of financial, client, internal and learning terms. Each of them will lead to completion of different activities which in turn will result in better advertising, promotion of the small hotel, and strategic alliance with other companies as well as better internal organization between employees who are part of the small hotels. This will be done bearing in mind the fact that the position of the small hotel is that of offering goods and services that are different each time to satisfy the wills and demands of consumers as each client is a different world.
