Summary:Nowadays the linguistic and cultural diversity is inherent to man. The plurality of views is the essential of the humanity’s heritage. For that reason linguistic cultural traditions and ancestral in the Technical High School Bilingual Intercultural "Abya-Yala" permit to develop practical and timely analysis about cultural and linguistic ancestral rescue with the main objective to contribute assessment, development and use of ancestral languages of the country as well as in the definition of language planning that allows the strengthening of languages within nationalities and national context. For that reason we did the analysis and interpretation of results, we used different methods: inductive - deductive, analytic - synthetic.-dialectical method, systematic structural and documental investigation and technical such as the observation and the interview. Finally the implementation cultural and linguistic ancestral rescue guide at students of third year Technical Intercultural allowed conclusions and recommendations in order to improve the Bilingual Education. Chapter I describes the problem the same covering contextualization is described at macro, meso and micro, the problems, critical analysis, etc. All in order to clarify the subject and to give a efficient solution. Chapter II describes the theoretical framework which serves as the theoretical foundation regarding Ancestral Cultural and linguistic rescue. Chapter III is the proposal in which include methods and techniques to apply them which are from the investigation in relation to the application of a methodology to improve the current situation.
