Shrnutí:The present project of graduation has been done a diagnostic the electrical system in the areas of welding and painting of the company CIAUTO CIA LTDA., to establish the levels of demand and the capacity before changes in the productive process, because in the company did not know the current state in which it was operating and did not have a study of the capacity to increase the demand, for that reason, was realized through the observation technique a rising of the installed load for updating the single-line diagrams in the work mentioned, which allowed to determine the existing power demand in the electrical installation, later through the documentary researching the important information for the development of this project was recorded and the proposals for improvement with technically and economically feasible. In the same way, applying the quantitative research method, the load analyzer was installed in the low voltage terminals of the transformers, in order to obtain the necessary measurements for the analysis of electrical parameters (voltage, current, power) and to determine the daily load curve that diagnoses the current conditions of the system, after with the help of the ETAP simulator 12.6.0 the power flow was realized to analyze the level of electrical charge, in these areas of process and to observe the behavior of the system before an increase of loading. In addition, it can be concluded that this study allowed to meet the need to meet the requirements that the company needs, to incorporate new load and additionally a new transformer in the area of solder to supply the new demand and improve the production processes.
